I am looking to hire a Good Hydronics Specialist at our Madison Wisconsin Office. We are an HVAC distributor and looking for someone to work with our contractors designing and selling Hydronic and Radiant heat systems.

If you are interested, see our website at http://www.tsihvac.com/employ_opp.html for more information.

    Standards--Open Attitudes

    Hi Bill,

I may have met you, as I live in Madison Wisconsin and buy from your wholesale house. It is a very good wholesale house. Roy and Robert are great as front-end salespeople. You have a first class operation, for sure.

I know from my TM that you are looking, looking, looking. What do you have to offer? On your website, I see no preference for professionalism. Do you recommend Insultarp? Do you sell the ultimate crap product, the UltraFin? I don't see what you sell on your website. I know what you sell, but if you aren't advertising your professionalism, you might not attract a real hydronic specialist. You may only be able to hire someone who will sell whatever the Rep proposes and then he/she will move on to join the Rep firm when you lose contractor support.

Your Rehau support is great. Love the Rehau stuff. Very professional.

Expose your professionalism in hydronics (no Munchkins, please) and maybe you will get some qualified people applying. Just my opinion, of course.

I think you have a good Euro boiler coming on board as well! Lure the specialist...are you paying a zillion dollars? If you are paying a zillion dollars to have someone sell his soul, you got it made...for only a few minutes, of course. If you got good stuff, a zillion dollars will let you have a good soul for at least a year...[grin]

    Your faithful customer,

    Profesionalism

    Micheal,

I agree with you on what we are advertising. Our website does not show the Hydronics side. We are in the process of a major web upgrade which will also involve contractor log-in. The improvements will also start to involve some of the upgrades you mention.

It is important to us that we find someone who has the hydronic knowledge as well as customer profesionalism. I plan to keep working on this.

    Thanks for the input.

    Bill K
