Erie 2400 ?

I have used Erie controls in the past but not this one. It seems nice enough with outdoor reset and all. I am installing a Burnham boiler with all the basic controls built in, I have piped it in a primary/sec. loop 1 zone gravity system with an egomax indirect water heater loop.
Question #1 Where can I install the well probe and safty cutout, ? remove factory control or mount it in the boiler loop?
Question #2 I was not planning on constant circulation for my boiler loop pump with my water heater pump being controled by the BB2400 do I have a chose?
I do like the 2:1 reset control as the house tends to overheat due to too many Rads and until now poor control.

is there a chance to re define what it is now doing?
(a)the egomex is zoned rather than primary secondary? (b) it is zone without a pump of its own ,piped primary secondary?the house zones are causing constant circ of the boiler loop?is this correct so far?none of the above? it is early morning and i better go get more coffee.0
