What does it mean " positive pressure boiler " ? What advantage would this have besides not needing a draft regulator ? Is there a purchasing advantage ?

Can you tell me in Leighmans terms...
What does the term " positive pressure boiler " mean ? What would be a purchasing advantage over any other boiler ? I am trying to understand the whole picture so any help would be greatly appreciated.0 -
Positive pressure over fire as opposed to negative. Benefits are up to the installation and use.0 -
Sealed
The entire combustion area has a nice tight seal and has a pressure higher than atmospheric ( basement). With a pressurized boiler the manufacturer can get a more consistent fire pattern if all else is correct, meaning the door and burner gasketing and the burner setup. The multi pass scotch marine types get alot of heat transfer for a small space. The Crown Freeport is in my opinion a nice reasonably priced example.0
