From Mandy, Alan and Toni Mercurio

We truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your thoughts and prayers for Mandy. Toni and I have been visiting her in the hospital each day. the first two days were tough because it really was not looking promising. But by yesterday our Mandy girl was purring and giving us lovins :) She still needs to work on eating better but we'll just take things one step at a time.

They are having a little difficulty getting her sugar under control (that's because of the eating problem) but they are more optimistic about turning her condition around from where it was Sunday. She will need shots the rest of her life, It's worth it if we can have her in our life's a few more years.

Once again thank you so much for all your thoughts and prayers.

    Excellent News, Alan!

I'm fairly certain that Mandys eating mood will improve a lot once she is back home again. Our cat Savannah had lost about 2 lbs by the time we took her to the vet, she has since regained about a pound. All the best and remember to practice your shots on a grapefruit or orange.

Constantin, You're right that is what the vet told us. Once she is home she should eat better. Toni and I have been bringing her some of her favorite stuff from at home.

Thanks for all the information you shared with me. No doubt it will prove to be very helpful.
