Twin flow leak

I recently installed a brand new twin flow fan coil unit.
Everything looked fine when I left, the customer called me several hours after I'd left telling me he had a leak.
It turns out the leak was on a return bend in the opposite side of the connections (factory joint).
Has anyone out there encountered problems with Twin Flow factory solder joints?
