Anybody else havin trouble? Less than 2 year old mini split burned out the board- simple right? Try 12 weeks to replace the part. Is this common? Are other brands the same? Does anyone have a unit that has parts available? We have installed a dozen of these units. No problems with the rest. But "no parts" just cost me big time. We replaced with brand new unit at my cost. Manufacturer and distributor washed their hands. Ain't it great? Just sell the junk. why does no one care? The manufacturer who will stand behind their junk will get my future business-Who are you? This same daycare wants two more mini splits installed but will throw me out if they say EMI or Enviroair. Can't say I blame him.

    burning up.I not sure if this is your problem,but I have
    seen constant fan to be why many boards fail.

    Those small relay with the little thin contact can not
    handle the load of constant fan mode.
    Then there is always mositure from improper airflow that takes them out as well.

    So either there lemons from the start or there something thats being over look.

    Look into fujitsu,I have great luck with there product.

We were pleased that your experience with the other 11 of the 12 systems was satisfactory.     Thanx for callin Ron. All I can ask is support. we all know crap happens. I fixed my customer problem. Now does EMI do the same? Communication is the first step and I thank you for that.
