Oil burner piping?

I am a contractor from pittsburgh helping my sister on a long distance job in NE Baltimore. Her existing system is a Burnham RS/110 boiler with CI rads. We are adding two zones of copper BB fed with 1/2" PEX. After checking Burnham's site they reccomend circ. zoning without P/S loops. Will there be enough flow through the boiler if only one BB loop is calling?
In pgh. I never deal with oil and I don't pretend to know anything about it. But I would like someone to check out her oil burner. Anyone close?

With a 20 degree temperature drop you can send about 14,000 btu's through a zone using 1/2" pex. If you are using conventional baseboard that is about 20' of board, that will usually heat about 300-400 square feet of living space. Hope this helps.
