Refiring boiler

After all the help I got from this board I ditched the idea of using a WH as a heat source and am going with a boiler with a tankless coil. After my heatloss calculations were relooked at by a great guy on this site I may have bought a boiler that is a little on the large size.( I was told that i could use a boiler that had I=B=R net output of 69,000 btuh and the one I purchased has a I=B=R net output of 105,000 btuh)I/we couldn't find any litature on this boiler(utica sw4) about refiring it with a smaller nozzle(has a beckett AFII burner with a 1.00gpm nozzle)Any thoughts or experience with this or like boiler. ??Thanks Joey

fire it at its rating. It will work well for you and give you could hot water. Utica reccomends against downfiring this boiler.
