Any one know of a manufacturer that makes globe valves with copper stubs for the Prp-Press system?

No one to my limited knowledge

makes a valve that can be crimped with the tool. There are some companies offering their mdediocre valves out of hte factory with 6" copper stubs on them. You stab a coupling on them and squeeze and go.

You could probably talk your favorite globe valve company into doing that for you for a price.

I expect all of them to eventually offer ProPress compatibility. It's just a matter of time.

I saw an ad in a trade magazine that showed Apollo valve company now has ball valves with studs on them for propress. It's only a matter of time before more is availible. WW

I did see an ad in Contractor mag for a company making ball valves that use the pro press connector.I bookmarked their sight,but can't seem to find it.

I was introduced to this company at the Milan heating show. It is one of the great Italian brass companies. I think 3rd generation. I met the owner and his son - Roberto Cimberio. I was very impressed with thier products, knowledge of the market and their plans for the future. First class people.
