What do you want to know?...Robert O'Connor/NJ0 -
Look
in the Library under Steam Vapor/Vacuum Heating where you'll find 32 pages on Moline.

A couple of thngs to watch out for
are:
Replacement radiator valves that do not have required orifices.
Added radiation that has not been tied into the original returns under vacumn (can throw off sytem balance)
Make sure the condensing pipe or radiator is still in place in the basement and its NOT insulated.
ONe pipe steam vents do not belong on this system.
There should be only one vent on the system at the end of the condensor pipe. If it a vacumn type vent, put in a standard vent or just leave the pipe open.
Use a vaporstat set for a maximum pressure of 8 ounces.
Keep a close eye on water levels around the boiler. There is no pressure at the end of most of the return piping, so you only have the weight of the water to get the water back into the boiler.
Check to make sure the Moline Ejetor is still in place.
Hope this helps
