A special workshop you shouldn't miss.

So…what’s so important?

There’s an “Operating Power!” workshop being held on July 8-9, 2004, at the LaGuardia Marriott in New York City. The bad news is the special room rate is all gone. The good news is we’ve still got rooms available and a few seats left before we hit our maximum cut-off. We keep these events small on purpose so I can make the workshop really relevant to you.

We just finished a smash hit of a workshop called “Staffing Power.” It was all about recruiting, hiring and training and retaining techs. We focused on the real key way to get and retain quality technicians and that’s to grow them rather than steal them…to create a constant recruitment process rather than one driven by crisis management. Those who attended rushed to sign up for the July “Operating Power!” workshop so they could learn more about how this workshop will help them build the manuals correctly and put the systems in place that will give them the power to take control of their business.

At the end of each Power Workshop, we distribute a Satisfaction Survey. We thought it might be good to share some comments from this latest Workshop and look forward to you making it a point to join us:

“Wow, Al has great ideas and techniques. I want to learn more and implement these ideas in my business” John Stone of Azure Plumbing & Heating and Home Solutions of Westchester

“I’ve been to several workshops/seminars by leading people in the field and this was honestly the most useful one of all. I can’t wait to get home and start implementing a plan!” Jeff Waldman of Waldman Plumbing & Heating, Inc.

“I learned to stop working for Fuel 2000 and have Fuel 2000 work for me” Greg Delgado of Fuel 2000

“What was most valuable for me was practicing (role-playing) & tools given for interviewing and learning about what type of person I want to hire – (not who I thought)” Kathie Bonchack of Winters Company
