I hate to tell you but that's exactly where my wife grew up, last of family just retired. The park has 2 good size Cleaver Brooks boilers at mammoth hdqtrs, appx 300hp ea. Based over in the hotel and fed to all outlying buildings underground. My wife grew up there in the 60s and use to sit on the bears at the front of the post office. It's a wonderful place. Edna, my father inlaws wife just retired there 2 weeks ago, a sad thing to me. We were just out there a couple months ago at the park, they lived in one of the large houses there just across where the dumb elk sit by the hot spots across from the hotel. I hope you enjoyed your vistit, I have been thrilled to be there many times and will miss it. TIM.
