wall hung boiler on inside surface of chimney?

The best place to put a new wall hung boiler happens to be on the part of the brick chimney that is exposed in the basement.
I don't know much about chimney construction. Am I right that it won't take the weight?

If your brick chimney can't support 300-500 pounds of equipment (boiler, circulator, piping, etc.) and water hanging from it, then I'd get out of the way because it's going to be falling down very soon...0
