I heard that the Russians have a push fitt system where by one takes the pipe "pushes" it into a fitting and moves on to the next connection. This apparently is the system of choise according to one of my buddies who went over there to fix stuff for them. My mind conjures up pvc with ductape trapeezed gingerly about the crawl spaces:) he says they run the pipes on the surfaces of the interior to keep them from freezing. sounded plausable...anyone seen the said systems? what materials are in vouge over there?any pictures?
