    I have a Monitor MZ40C

which is not the same but maybe similar. It's made in France but I forget the company name. I'll take a picture tonight and attach it later. It has a stainless boiler chamber so it is rated for condensing use (complete with condensate drain and trap). The vent/intake is coaxial pvc tubing, about 5" for the outer (intake) and 3" for the inner (exhaust).

The only thing I'll add is that since installation I've had a devil of a time trying to eliminate a howling noise that often accompanies the ignition of the second burner (it's dual burners, 70,000 BTU each). This is on propane. Pressures have been measured, adjusted, and fooled with up the yin-yang trying to end this horrid noise, to no avail. It appears to be some sort of natural resonance between the volume of the combustion chamber and the length of the exhaust/intake system. My venting runs horizontal about 6 ft, then vertical about 8 ft, then horizontal about 3 ft through the exterior wall. Monitor claims this is a rare problem, even though they've seen much longer vent runs.

Sorry for hijacking your thread; I should probably post this in its own thread...

    Regards,
    Peter

    ??

They're not the same. The Baxi boilers sold in US/Canada do not condense.

Isn't this a repeat of a thread that appeared a few weeks ago, or am I just suffering deja vu?

    So it's a repeat...the OP should do a search.
