CI RAD VALUATION

In dan's book, "How Come", there is a chart for EDR radiation of ci rads. He states for gravity conversion, each sq. ft. is equal to 150btu/h. with an average water temp of 170 degrees. If transferring from steam to hot water with circulators, and running the system at 180, do the same values apply? Thanks for any help>

Yes,
because the 170 is an average water temperature. In other words, the water leaves the boiler at 180 and returns to the boiler at 160.Retired and loving it.0 -
Dan, thanks for clearing that up for me.0
