tridicator gauges

Looking for a manufacturer of tridicator gauges in 0-60 PSI and 0-250 F temp range for use in a product we manufacture. We need short stem and 1/2"MPT back mount. The temp range and short stem seem are hard to find. We were purchasing a gauge from Munchkin boilers that worked well but they changed their design. There is no identification of any kind on those gauges. Any suppliers or reps out there?

    We have he TDV040...

It's a 1/2"npt, with a 1" probe, but 60-320 temp range. It's part of the former Sparco/Braukmann line, and is available from hydronic-oriented Honeywell distributors. You can get more info at http://hbctechlit.honeywell.com.

    The beauty of this gauge

is it has a well that allows you to change the gauge without dropping water or pressure. It's actually a 1/4" gauge in a 1/2" well.

I like the simple face without altitude, which confuses many homeowners. The red for temperature and blue for pressure makes it more user friendly, also. much better than all black numbers.

Vaillant used them years ago. I think Slant Fin now uses them. And I saw them at a Watts Regulator booth at a show recently. Probably Italian made?? :)

I like the red and blue, and it is much easier to read without altitude numbers, also. Especially for homeowners!

Be nice if all the boiler manufactures used the same removable gauge :)

Doesn't look like any used here at Slant/Fin...

IMIT is a manufacturer in Italy that might offer it.

    gauges

Try Marshaltown gauges, they have appx a 1" insertion and 1/2" shank. Straight or angle pattern. Good luck, Tim.
