Best combustible gas detector (Timmie)?

We would like to purchase a new combustible gas detector and would like any advice on the best model. Particularly used for sniffing out exact leakage areas in sometimes low concentrations, not needed for monitoring open areas or personnel safety. I know Timmie had a related thread last week, but that pertained to the latter. We have a TIF 8800 now - are there better units available?
Thanks for any help!

I'll second the Bacharach Leakator 10
I've had one for years and it is great for finding gas leaks. Also have a Bacharach Informant II and that works well for both gas and refrigerant leaks.0 -
Thanks for the confirmation...
The Bacharach specs look very good. I was able to get alot of info right from the "Manufacturers" section on this site. Some other models I looked at advertise a very low ppm sensitivity, but you have to be careful - that value may be only for compounds other than Methane. Bacharach Leakator claims 20 ppm for Methane, the TIF claims 500 ppm!0
