Wow, what a great site!!! Sometimes it is important to pause (no pun intended!) for a moment to realize how fortunate we are, and to be thankful that there are resources out in the world like Fidelco for the people who need them. Best to all, Bill

Hi Friends, This has nothing to do with heating however I believe it's important that I share this information here on Dan's web site and mine, simply because I know there is a lot of traffic on both our sites and if I can just make one person aware of an organization I have recently learned of then I'll know I have done something positive today.

While I was staying at a hotel in Connecticut during the naohsm convention I had the pleasure of meeting a gentlemen and a few of his friends that were staying there also. I met Desmond F. O'Neill who's a placement specialist. I bet you're wondering just what does he specialize in placing??? This is where the story gets real neat!

Desmond is with The Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation and he along with many volunteers (many whom are blind) were in town to have an annual walk to raise money for the organization.

The Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation is more than just New England's only guide dog school -- it is a family, a group of people tied together by their mission to help bring increased freedom and independence to men and women who are visually impaired. Fidelco does breed, train, and place the highest quality German shepherds with men and women who are blind across the Northeast but it is the members of the Fidelco family, their love, expertise and their dedication that make all that possible.

From the staff who first care for and socialize our puppies just weeks after they are born, to the foster families that raise those dogs until they can be trained, to the donors whose support makes all our efforts possible, everyone at Fidelco is making a difference and is crucial to our program. All Fidelco employees, as well as volunteers, put their love and commitment into the dogs, which ultimately translates into the best guide dogs that change peoples lives.

To learn more about this organization and to learn how maybe you can help them with their great cause please take a moment and visit their web site.

    Thank you for your consideration

    Your friend in the industry,
