searching for a couple hydronics parts

folks,
First, is there a pump/frame that would run in the Taco 0011/0014/grundfos 26-64 range and be suitable for lashing a GE ECM motor to? I have a plan B, but this would be ideal.
Second, I am looking for a low cost in-line valve that I can put a proportional servo actuator on to regulate flow. I would need a low resistance at up to 2GPM flow. It could be a packaged deal or just the valve. I am thinking of using a bunch, so cost is impotrant.
A different control systems design is hatching, and I need to find these to make the whole thing happen.
