Not load toolbars...
It depends how they load themselves. Many are in your startup folder(s).
Right click your Start button
Click Open All Users
Doubleclick on Programs
Doubleclick on Startup
Figure out what in the startup loads the menus and then move them somewhere where they don't load or you can delete them altogether.
Next go up a few folders to the folder with your user name and do the same thing again. These can load from your personalized settings or the general settings. For anything that loads from your Registry, it's much riskier trying to fix, but hopefully this method will stop them from loading.0 -
What OS?
What operating system? Windoze 98? XP? ME? 2000?
Some OS you can click START...RUN and type msconfig hit enter. Click Startup tab. Uncheck what you do not want. HOWEVER, PROCEDE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Also, some of those icons at the bottom of your screen near the clock, you can right-click them and they might have a configure option or settings. Some have an option to load at startup or not.
PROCEDE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
