i'm looking for very easy pictures, diagrams or links to teach my new unexperianced office help on different systems to identify when a call comes in. basicaly our extra summer help in the office does not no the differance between a boiler or an air handler. i'm looking for the best and simplest way to train them. pictures work well. i can draw it out but to look at it on a color display or diagram would be simpler. if anyone could steer me in a direction or site with basic hvac pictures that would be fantastic.
thanks..

I tried the same thing
at a large company I used to work for. Unfortunately it did not work out as well as I had hoped.
Any of you remember "The Carol Burnett Show"??
We had "missisawiggins" grand-daughter for a receptionist, "missawiggins"
She was hired by the big boss's wife, we called her Zsa Zsa. Zsa Zsa found missawiggins while ordering food at the drive-thru. When she asked for "a cup of water", missawiggins told her it was a better deal to buy a bottle of water instead. (I am not making this up)
So missawiggins came to work for us.
Try and try as I might, I never got her to understand the difference between a furnace and a boiler.
You may have better luck though!
