Cast Iron Radiant Baseboard

Need to shorten a 16ft length of cast iron baseboard. Seams are apparent in two foot sections. Looking to remove an interior 2ft panel. End panel needs to re-joined to remaining in order to pipe back into system. The manufacturer is American Radiator & Standard Sanitary Corp. The model radiator is "Radiantrim Panel". Unit is original with home built in 1951. Can provide photo if necessary. Advice greatly appreciated.

Look in the Library under \"Radiators.\"
You'll find the installation manual there. If you like it, buy a brick! ;-)Retired and loving it.0
