Homeowner's work ... (PAH)

I met with a homeowner this past week to go over his new addition plans and explore the possibility of radiant heating. We've been exchanging e-mails for most of this past year regarding this project & his travels were taking him past my home town.
After we talked for a while, he retrieved from his car the existing hydronics installation in his home. It's one of Siggy's drawings come to life & as neat as anything I've seen here on The Wall. Very impressive & I wanted to know who the mechanical contractor had been? Seems the installer has Dan's books on pumping away and primary/secondary piping and is a devoted fan of Siggy's articles.
Turned out to be the homeowner!

Strange
I've never seen a system laid out like that. What a pleasure it must have been to work on such a system.
I get called out to look at jobs and the homeowner knows just way too much about hydronics for a Homeowner.
This job I'm looking at now, He wants his house piped exactly the same way as John "Siggy" wrote about in one of his PME articles.
An educated customer is usually my best friend. The leads I get from the FAP link are always interesting. I invite them to converse with me about the advantages of separating the DHW from heating water on a regular basis.
