I don't know Jack about steam heat but I suspect Dan will keep me entertained and informed at his seminar Friday at NAOHSM.

I saw Alan Mercurio today and he looks great -- and friendly as usual. Bill from Honeywell was talking about the building as a "system" at one of the roundtables. Good stuff.

Dan was an inspiration. The best I've ever seen talking about a sometimes boring subject. (steam heat) He made steam and the heating business come to life. First time Cheryl & I heard him speak personally. She & I were laughing at the end of nearly every topic. I had no Idea Dan was responsable for making Madonna "hot" in her bedroom:-)

Looked at a job

The other day for a new customer who is unhappy with fuel bills.

She has two boilers, both new, one steam.

As we walked around the house I told her what I knew about steam. As we talked in front of the boilers she said " Your the first person that seesm to know anything about steam heat, when can you start ? ".
