I have to do an in-floor radiant system for a large house complete with an indoor pool. Does anyone have any recommendations for software devoted to radiant heat design?

If you have not used one

I might suggest you work with your Wholesaler on this one. Most design software formats have a learning curve(subtle one's,too) which take time to take full advantage of their power. From the sound of the scope of your project, I suggest experience.

    Ya! but how long

will it take him to LEARN how to use it?!. The job might be well underway by then. Design software are amazing tools, but can lead to false conclusions if not applied correctly. Just "go get it" and "punch it out" ain't the answer if you don't have the foundation. I'm not as smart as most here on the Wall, but I know when to say when.

p.s. And this could very well be a marketing "teaser post" for Loop Cad.

p.p.s. Try "bundling" it with "Design Software Publishers"

where are you located? Maybe someone here is near you. We use a couple different programs. There is a real learning curve to these programs. Real life experience can help a lot. Local knowledge helps too.

It takes a long time to learn

We use several different proprietary design softwares (Wirsbo, Viega, Watts, Zurn, WrightSoft, LoopCad, and Siggy's HDS). There is definitely a learning curve. Each software has its own quirks and one simple "minor" mistake could really put you in a bad spot. I agree with the others. If you don't have experience with the software, get some help. Or at least have someone check your work.
