The only time I've used perimeter radiant heat is in multiple dwelling units such as apartment buildings where the heat loss is low or in a radiant cieling applications where I can jack up the water temps.

Your first step would be to have an accurate heat loss calculation done to determine your specific needs.

Extruded aluminum plates can be installed in many different ways and applications. See posts below. First things first.

    WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO INSTALL HEAT TRANSFER PLATES ?
    CAN HEAT TRANSFER PLATES BE PLACED AROUND THE PERIMETER ONLY? IF NOT, WHY ? IF YES, WHAT MUST BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT?
