    Nope

The easiest way is to buy one, take it out of the box and hang it on the wall. The fastest way I have seen by far! Give it a try on your next radiant project. You can't go wrong with Pre-Piped, Pre-Wired, Pre-Fabricated control panels!

    pre-built panels

I have to agree with BB.
The bench mark has been raised in the quality of pre-manufactured hydronic panels. Companies like Danfoss and Wirsbo have put the engineering and conmmitment into products that will make you profits. I have more than 30 reputable Mechanical and Plumbing companies now using these products and they are not suffering because of this qualified choice.... Just Do It!!

    Shop Time vs. Field Time

From what I've seen on pre-built panels a fair amount of time is wasted piping everything to the location where the manufacturer has decided to make the pipes exit the box. In my experience it takes one person approximately 8-10 hours to build and wire a tekmar 364 panel. Depending on the time required to make the piping fit a pre-built panel it might or might not make sense to buy one rather than building one. Custom panels certainly look better after everything is connected, and are more easily adapted to specialized applications.
