Thanks to a Mr. Tom (not me) and our good friend Hot Rod we have a new word to toss around. "Hydrobonics" is a new and vital vocabulary that manifests itself in ways that no spell check could possibly correct. Worthy of Websters. Words and phrases that we use every day do not pass the spell check muster.

Let's write the way we talk and let others talk about the way we write.

I posted these way down in another thread. Too funny to let most miss 'em.

Some unrelated new words from the Washington Post's "Style Invitational"

1. Intaxication: Euphoria at getting a tax refund, which lasts until you realize it was your money to start with

3. Bozone (n.): The substance surrounding stupid people that stops bright ideas from penetrating. The bozone layer, unfortunately, shows little sign of breaking down in the near future

7. Sarchasm: The gulf between the author of sarcastic wit and the person who doesn't get it.

18. Ignoranus: A person who's both stupid and an #*#hole. (I dont think any of you are ignoranuses, or would the plural be ignorani?)

14. Dopeler effect: The tendency of stupid ideas to seem smarter when they come at you rapidly.

I am going to list "Hydrobonic" next to a term I have also incorporated.

"Hydronic Strategury" will be my method of control in hydronic systems I design and layout. (Let not your heart be troubled if you think I am bashing my country. I love my country, president, and support them whole-heartedly.)
