have to trinity boilers side by side with about 10' 2 abs pipe each for venting system , we are having a large amount of water vopor out of the units and is cousing the side of the house to ice up , this as you can emagine is making the home owner quite unhappy and were at a loss as what to due to eliminate the moisture problem , they are running 3 seperate unico systems and require a higher temp for the fan coils

    How

close is the intake to the exhaust? You may need to seperate
the intake and exhaust 18" or better.
Appeal to me you have some mixing of air going on there.
Let me guess it a concentric vent kit.Oh so pretty, but not
made for cold climate.Hope this helps.

they are seperate vents and the issue is when its cold the moisture from the gas is condensing on the ouside of the house causeing the ice todamage the sideing , the boilers are running fancoils and domestic water no radiant in this one and its the higher boiler temp that were seeing so much moisture about 1 gal for every 100 mbh and we have 300mbh in total with the two boilers

Are the exhaust vents sloped back towards the boiler? Also, have you contacted NY Thermal? They might be the best source of information.

    This just in...

There is a new concentric vent termination approved for use on existing and new T150 & T200's as of 5-1-04.(existing York P/N:1CT0303, NTI P/N:82666).NTI has a down-load demonstration manual on proper installation of the product.
