source of bypass radiator valve?

Does anyone know who makes a manual radiator valve to turn down the heat of that radiator AND divert the flow to a bypass pipe going around the rad,[ for use in a monoflo system.] I have to guess a little in installing salvaged radiators, and need a failsafe if I over- radiate a room in a series setup.
Or, would you just use a regular rad valve and then a small ball ? valve on the bypass.? Thanks, joe

If you have acess to the mains Apollo makes a real nice 3-port valve that would work nicely. Fitting 1 in above the floor may be difficult.0
