Burnham Install

We installed a hydro air system with 2 zones.
The base of the plant was a Burnham Revolution.
In floor in the basement upstairs we will do some spot floor warming and the majority of the house is going to be heated with a variable speed air handler with 2 zones. This system replaced an existing furnace.
Going to heat the hot tub as well.
Don't mind the mixing valve. My rookie didn't pipe it right and will fix it when we do the infloor.

diamond plate
what are advantages of diamond plate other than lookin' good? seems plywood would be much easier for mounting purposes. don't get me wrong , i think it makes for a gorgeous base but might add a few shekels to the project both labor and material0 -
Bob young ...It's a radiant thing reflect on radiant:)
is there anything bad about reflection....:)0 -

Robert, you don't by chance happen to have a daughter in Green Twp.?? KB0 -
There are advantages
You actually attach the plate to plywood so you still have a base to work from.
Also when you paint plywood it always seems to smudge and you have to retouch things.
With the plate you just polish and go. Also when you are marking out boards you can use a dry erase marker to mark your piping layout to keep everything nice and neat.
From a sales standpoint when someone comes over and sees it just grabs there attention and peaks there interest. You have your name stamped on and when they are considering a house hopefully they will remember you or at least inquire.
Plus it just looks Kick Butt.
Thanks Heatboy

Diamond plate
is a very nice look. It is a little tricky to drill, however, if a hole needs to be on the slope of one of those humps!
Heatboy takes DP to new levels, and is King Diamond. Keep up the great work Team Climatec
I did see DP used back at the first RPA show, in 95, by Hughes Hydro Panel Plus, Middlehope, NY. along with a nice skid mounted boiler/ indirect tank arrangement. They were years ahead of us.
Typical New Yorkers. Someone told me long ago wherever you go, or whatever you do, someone from New York has been there or done that before you
