A/C on a hot water system

I am the upstate NY area. Listening to the Yankees game on local AM radio I thought I heard something about a product offered by Peerless to add A/C to a residential hot water system. Did I hear this correctly?

Actually, Peerless has developed a High Velocity Air Conditioning system called the Pavilion!
This system does not hook up to your existing heating plant but can work in conjunction with it, via a hot-water coil. This hot-water coil could be used as a second heating source.
