Hi Mark,

I got a reply today from the Director of Communications of the Minnesota Dept. of Health about the C.O. ad. Short answer is yes you can use it. They would like it if the dept. of health logo and phone number and such is removed. (rather obvious) Also, if you feel so inclined, an acknowledgement of the source would be appreciated too. (although not required). So, I hope you can make some good use of this. Every opportunity, every ear, inform someone, educate someone, change an industry.
