3/8 Pex manifolds

Hello all. I am looking for a 1" copper manifold with 3/8 pex adapters with ball valves, 12 or 24 ports. We had Sioux Chief custom make them for us but now they don't. Any ideas on who would make them? THANK YOU

You might want to try
making your own.
1" steel pipe, drilled and tapped with 1/8" NPT holes/threads.
Stick mini-ball MxF valves in each tapped hole.
Screw 1/8" X 3/8" barbed MxB adapters in each mini-ball valve?
Maybe something similar? Bigger manifold pipe?

Watts Radiant
sells them. I buy them without adapters, as I use many different types of tubing and adapters.
Precision Hydronics is another, but I don't see a sweat ball valve version.
Still another is Alberta T Drill.
Either company will build to special order, also.

wirsbo makes a 1/2 X 3/8 adaptor. sweat it right into the 1/2 1/4 turn ball valve ,pump the three eights up done deal:) I am having many 1/2X3/8h female/ male to 3/8 pex and o rings just spun one in on my home.:) got a bit creative and used a 1/2"ips to 3/8 threaded three port air chuck ) for a compressor, as a header. has a bit of rocket science early year 2000 look to er:)perhaps when ever im done i'll send a picture. it is called a 3 way Manifold 1/2" NPT part #3408 AMFLO By SchraderBridgeport ..carpenter guys use them to divert air hoses

you might want to try the modular quick manifold system

they came late to the game - gives them the advantage of having learned from others mistakes - and they have to try harder - makes them the perfect radiant vendor
eg instead of starting a brand new 1000ft roll of pex each time - you can use the zurn repair splice - gauranteed never to break at the splice - provided you use their tool and gauge
and their Themal-Track radiant sub floor is the best in the business - with the aluminization on top and great strength0 -

Darren. What centers are you looking for? We make a 1 x 1/2" copper to copper 6 footer that you could sweat a 3/8" pex valve onto. they come in 12, 18, 24, and 30 outlet per run. We build them with 1/2" pex valves but we dont carry a 3/8". If you have the time check out our web site. www.customtee.com
