Would be very short if I wrote it. Very likely, it would read like this........

"When designing a heating system which will utilize panel radiators or baseboard radiation, the heat emitters should be sized to meet design requirements at a maximum of <150*. The T delta should be a minimum of 20*, with 30* or even 40* being more desirable.
