I would be happy to send him down. Sometimes though you might get an e-mail in the middle of the night saying he is going to some wetstock thing or customers calling up complaining that they had a eardrum burst from too much heating information. Other than that he is a pretty good worker, a little rusty on steam and radiant. He can slap some pvc up pretty fast. Let me know if you are interested. I will throw in complimentary ear plugs. you steam nut!!!!!!!!!! It's tough. We sometimes forget that This wall encompasses thousands of miles of people. I've had several emails from guys out of state. I even suggested a guy relocating, if he can do it. Just about everyone you talk to tells you: "you're not going to find anybody decent." It is close to impossible because of the mindset of the current crop and my lofty standards, but someone will come along. I'd rather stay a 3-4 man shop than settle for the riff-raff that i see working for many of the larger shops. It really is disheartening, but I never stop looking. Mad Dog
