    Regardless of the situation

I like to use outdoor reset on the boiler(s) and associated high temp zones. And I like to use outdoor reset on the radiant.
  • High temp. outdoor reset

Yes, outdoor reset still works if you have radiators or baseboard.

I would use a tekmar 356 injection mixing controller that would protect the boiler from condensation as well.

A TEKMAR 510 stat is perfect for the radiant zones

besides the stat's internal room air temp sensor, you can also connect two remote sensors, - and the usualy way, is, to hook up a floor/slab sensor, and an outdoor sensor, - this way the thermostat has all the info it needs to do the right thing - and they make it in 2 stage heating and cooling, (512) - since you might want statge 1 to just turn the local zone circulator - to even out the temps, and the second stage to actually call for heat production - and for ac it can limit the compressor run times if it cools off outside - the stats also has short cycle protection as well a pre-wakeup temp ramp up features

for readiant - you want such a themostate setup even if your boiler setup has it's own outdor reset
