Working under the stairs

that replaced an old Dunkirk , which replaced the original Timkin boiler . The homeowner had the boiler turned recently , facing the way it is now . He decided a few months later to get rid of it before they finish renovating the home .

Sorry about the bird's eye view , the hallway isn't too wide . Not a bad job to install , except every pipe for the house was on the left side of the boiler . The homeowner wants to close in the stairs , so we had to run a new water main pipe near the boiler , as well as reconnect the sprinkler pipe and house water .

One question - does the ground connected to the cold water line have to be as close to where the pipe comes into the home ? We connected it right where the pipe comes out of the ground , I was just curious .

As allways nice work. I am supprised you don't install tempering valves on your coils ?

Not that much more money in the overall cost and is'nt your company opening themselves up for a law suit ?
