basement area, and a couple suspended tube floor warmers up stairs. The GC did the tube install and hired us to finish.
Scott built the control package with a 256 tekmar, dhw priority for the indirect, and a Grundfos MixiMiser for the slab zones.
Mostly Curvo and T-Drill work.
snuck in a few fittings in a weak moment. Saved 20 some 90 and 45's and 6 tees.

Beeyouteeful !
Nice job Hot Rod! Mind if I borrow a couple of these for use in my seminars. It's always nice to be able to show real life "Boiler Loop Piping" in lieu of the Cad drawings I create for these purposes.

You should start your own thread with your pics , it's easier to keep track , although it might be too late now . By the way , great work !0 -
Nice
I know you've been practicing with the bender , do you have much waste after the bend , I mean do you have to cut the ends to size after ? I always screw up my bend when we chop a floor for baseboard , but a bigger than needed chop can hide a messed up pipe easily . Great install Hot Rod .0 -

I don't know if you know............but Sparco makes a scrubber type air eliminator with copper connections.Read the attached link.Towards the bottom of the page. That will save you more time and material.I don't know why Spiro Vent does'nt make the same.

Sure
feel free to use the picture Glenn, thanks.
Ron Jr 6the only time we have any waste is if we need a real tight bend. The machine needs a little in the holder to make the bend, sometimes we waste that 1-1/4" to make a tight sweep.
Cheese, the Honeywell is my ususal. happen to be out of them at the time I do like the Spiro threade nose better, however.
