HW zones from coil

I have a customer with a steam boiler with a coil in it and a zone of baseboard connected to the coil for a couple of small rooms. They are adding onto the house and we need to add another zone for the addition. Is there a rule of thumb on how much I can expect from this kind of arrangement?. The boiler has an output of around 100,000btus and there are now only 3 steam radiators connected. The heat loss for the rest of the house is about 30,000 btu so I think I should be safe but I want to see what you folks think.
Thanks
Phil
