quiet hot air

hi,
anyone know of a small oil fire hot air furnance that is quiet. This would be for a slab house 800 sq. ft. or less. I would like to find something like a thermopride. I have cleaned a lot of them and they are quiet. They run with a 350 stack 12 co2 and 86 to 88% eff. I like the hollow flame and they run so clean but they are so big. I am looking for something small. Two ft. sq. maybe a high boy. any info would be great. Standard flue 6" steel chimney. thanks again

Warm Air? O.K., try Kerr furnace from Canada. Small compared to most units, fairly quiet w/a choice of burners.
It certainly isn't a Thermopride, but closer to the size your looking for. Chris0 -
Kerr with all due respect Chris
isn't even close to a T-Pride.
I am seeing Kerrs fail after 5 0r 6 years what a piece of junk. Its a question of quality because the ones I have seen fail have adequate supply and return air.
T Pride makes a high boy0 -
Robert,
My MAIN point was the space constraints! Trust me, I know it ain't a T-Pride! Sounds like he's looking for a short/squat , minimal sized unit. Chris.0 -
just an option
I understand your space constraints. Have you the room for a Thermo Pride mobile home furnace? I have installed Kerr as well, the 2 units are about the same size. I believe these can be viewed on Thermo Pride's web site. Best of luck. Dave Mayer Sr.0 -
I hear ya Chris
just not real impressed seeing less than seven yr old furnaces thrown to the curb!!!
See ya at Wetstock, again!!
