wireless remote sensing thermostat

I have a request for a wireless remote sensing thermostat from a 8000 square feet garage owner who wants to easily control the temperature with a unit that he can take with him and a sensor that can be mounted on a joist. I would appreciate any information on this type of product. thaank you.

so the rite temp is not a wireless tstat, it just has a remote control with it.
