Pray for our troops this weekend

I heard Lee Greenwood's "Proud to be an American" on the way to work this morning and it brought back vivid thoughts of 9/11. It also makes me think of our brave U.S. troops who are making the ultimate sacrifice to battle terror and tyranny in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I'll be saying an extra prayer this weekend for our brave heroes and humbly thanking them for the great work they do represnting all of us common folks, who can go home to our families and friends and enjoy Easter celebrations. They are staring death in the eye as we stare down our Easter hams and turkeys.

God Bless you all and please know that all of America is praying for you.
