Is there any way to measure actual flow in gallons per minute on a system without circut setters/balancing valves ?

flow measurement
You can use a formula to figure it out if you know the differential pressure across the pump. Subtract the suction side from the discharge pressure and multilply by 2.3 This will give you the system head pressure. Using the pump curve info, you can then calculate the approx GPM rate. It's not as exact as a circuit setter, but will be close enough for most applications.
