A CHEESY AUCTION FOR CINDY'S WALK!

a.k.a. The Big Cheese, won't be able to be with us in person at Wetstock because his brother is having his two sons baptized that day (just came up). Cheese is still very much with us in spirit on April 17, though. Here's why.

Last fall, when we were raising money for New York Cares, the good people at Danfoss put up a gorgeous ZCP, which Cheese won for $700. His plan was to use it on an upcoming job but the right one hasn't come along yet so he never asked Bill Willemsen at Danfoss to ship the ZCP to him.

Cheese would like to put the ZCP into the auction for Cindy's Walk. How about that for generous?

So, can I get an opening bid on this beauty? The auction will run until 10 PM Wall Time on Friday, April 2. Bill will ship the unit to the winner.

funny thing is..............

I did a nice new home.Plumbing only.It was the first home I did for the builder.A huge part of the market in my area heats with heat pumps using either electric coil or LP back up.The HO's get rebates and also our electric is only .07/KWH.The homes are insulated quite well.wheeew to the point........


This home has a very large basement.75% of which is storage.I worked there prior to concrete.The remaining 25% is bath and walkout living room.I commented on what a shame to not tube it.One thing led to another and I did.The HO was into it.Thats why I bought the ZCP.But low and behold the HO finished his living area after his C of O and when I sticker shocked him (modest IMO)he opted for an electric wall fan.

So dust on the ZCP.So let the bidding begin!Would of enjoyed seeing you also Chuck.As well as all you others.

Now it's back up for auction...now that I re-did all my near boiler piping in the fall :-(

I was bidding on that baby the first time around to put in my boiler room, but the Ergomax/primary-secondary is okay.

Mr. Kraft, you are a great person...and it's awful fine of you to give this unit away, too!
