Thru the floor heaters

Has anyone used a hot water blower-coil unit that will mount in a crawl below the floor and duct into the space above with both supply and return? I have a customer that has floor joists that are 11-1/2" on center with only 10" between them and can not find a heater to use. The room only requires about 10,000 BTUH.

has a floor fan coil that will fit but will not put out 10K BTU. You might need 2 units.

Beacon-Morris also has those long floor vectors that get mounted under windows and doors (no fan, natural convection)
but you would need many ft of these to get that kind of heat output.0
