Heat Exchanger cleaner

in THE MAIN WALL
I was wondering if any body else was told to use this product to clean the heat exchanger on the munchkin boilers. And if so have you used any? I ordered some back on Feb 7th 04 and received a order confirmation, but have not sen any product or been able to have any one pick up the phone at marslove. Begining to wonder if the company really exist. Thanks Andy
