you can now find specs for the Levitt houses (including pipe location diagrams), and the complete installation instructions for the radiant systems in the Campanelli homes.

Thanks again for all that you do for us.
Retired and loving it.

    And...

    I thank you for it!

Living in; starting my business by working on; and serving many other Levittown homes in our G.E. Levittown boiler with copper tube radiant heating systems neighborhood - put Palmer Heating on the map!

Thank you William Levitt and family. Thank you G.E. Thank you Dan Holohan. And thanks to "The Library"; where wet heating history has a face and name for all those who ponder what Dead Men's minds were capable of.

    I just opened

a Snowmelt section. Take a look at the book that's in there now. Great photos!

    In my Levitt,

They had two 1/2" copper risers in each side of the un-finished second floor. Both off the same manifold pipe. 30+ years ago there was a cast iron rad in each of two bedrooms done with the eave roof line that made walking anywher but the center third of the floor a head banger of the first order.

Long ago, we did an add-a-level. At 6' 5", I swear I lost all my hair going up there to see what the four boys were up to - whacking my head on the angled ceiling/walls.
