    Degree day

    good morning Bill,

I'm trying to compare several years of data so I can accurately tell my customer how much oil they are saving. That site you just gave me does'nt do that, but thanks for the try. I know the feds have a list I just can't remember how I found it before.

Here is a source of the weather files used to run models. The stat files have degree days info.

    Here's where I go everyday!

www.weatherunderground.com Just follow the page and type in any city or town you want. Once current day is up look towards middle of page under your current data and you will see a history part, type in a date and you will get past heat, growing and cooling degree days and more! Hope this helps John@Reliable

    Degree Day info

Give this a try. It does not give a daily running total, but it is monthly. Good luck

Has degree day data as well as a lot of other historical info on their site. Go to the main page and type in your zip. It will bring up your local area and from that you cn selsct from the menu there, what you want to see.

    Degree Day site

Here's the one I use. http://www.erh.noaa.gov/ Enter the city/state you want data on in the upper left corner. Then in the upper left corner just under the NORA symbol you'll see a city/state. Click on that. At the next screen select a city under "Historical Climate Data". From there it's pretty obvious. For our area they have data back to 1951.
